Artilux is now seeking outstanding project management talents in electronics/optics! Roles & Responsibilities：

1. Proactively understand technical aspects of products, like functional specs, essential capabilities, limitations, supply chain readiness, and so on.
2. Strategically planning, monitoring, organizing, and driving schedules and deliverables from internal and external stakeholders.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., FW, SW, EE, ME, RD) and suppliers, effectively communicating and clarifying system integration requirements to ensure project timelines are met.
4. Help the team to identify possible problems in advance and solve the problems efficiently.
5. Plan and execute the writing of product document, technical document, and customer report
6. Perform or assign various meetings planning, convening, recording, and progress tracking tasks at each project stage.
7. Regularly updating management, customers, and partners on project progress.
8. Support internal and external product-related affairs, including proposals, execution, and case reports.

Requirements & Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree is preferred
2. At least 5 years of work experience in the electronic/optical industry or related industry.
3. Experience in product marketing and business model planning is a plus.
4. Candidates with strong communication skills and meticulous are preferred.
