IC Testing & Validation Engineer (Optical Module)

Summary :

Artilux is now seeking a passionate Testing & Validation Engineer to join our team. We are committed to developing innovative optical module products. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams from the design phase through product launch to ensure our product quality and performance are of the highest standards and meet customer expectations.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Make plans and outline details to test the optical module and IC.
  • Establish the test environment, including test platforms, test scripts, and simulation models.
  • Perform the test, collect data, and analyze test results.
  • Collaborate closely with RD, EE, FW, SW, and optical teams throughout the test development process to ensure the design meets specifications, identifying and correcting design errors.
  • Generate test reports, and summarize test results to propose product improvements.

*Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, educational background, relevant work experience, professional certifications, special skills, and language proficiency.


Requirements & Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering.
  • 2+ years experience in automated testing of optical module/IC products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Great experience with communication interfaces such as I2C, UART, SPI, etc.
  • Familiar with programming languages such as Python, C, Perl, LabVIEW, etc., and their application on product tests.
  • Experience in high-volume testing and statistical analysis (e.g., Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR) and Cpk).
