Summary :

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager (PM) with expertise in semiconductor process development or process integration, as well as strong organizational and planning skills. This position will be primarily responsible for projects involving the transition from R&D to mass production. You will leverage your extensive experience to develop detailed product development plans, collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to integrate resources, and then step by step complete project tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities：

• Plan and define the objectives for each phase of the R&D project, as well as the final product delivery plan.
• Lead project progress meetings, ensuring full control over the timelines and critical information of each task.
• Identify potential risks and technical challenges during project execution and provide concrete suggestions or solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal technical teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure resource utilization and project execution meet customer expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications：

Basic Qualifications:

• MS or PhD degree in engineering, physics or chemistry.
• 3 years of experience in process integration, product engineering, or project management within the semiconductor industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the complete R&D process for semiconductor products, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to Mass Production (MP).
• Practical experience related to optical design or optical engineering.
