Summary :
Artilux is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to formulate strategic HR initiatives by working with management and actively shape various HR policies and practices to achieve organization's goal.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Facilitate workforce planning process in line with business strategies and execute strategy to improve Employer branding
- Performance Management: Improve and manage existing performance management system to ensure its integration with reward programs and development of high performance culture
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop a total rewards strategy that covers pay, incentives and benefits by conducting job evaluation, grading system design, periodic total rewards survey, and pay budget planning; recommend, implement and communicate total rewards initiatives including pay structure, incentive plans and benefit programs
- Recommend, formulate and update HR policies and procedures; lead the implementation of HR administration system (Mayo) and other initiatives to improve work efficiency; draft and update existing Employee Handbook
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
- At least 5 years of work experience in HR, previous experience in HR business partner or generalist is preferred
- Prior experience in designing grading system and compensation structure is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and ability to multitask on a tight schedule
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
