Summary :
Manage technical issues, solve application problems and support customer design activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing field applications engineering support for customers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases
- Isolating and debugging the problems at the hardware and software level.
- Tracking open technical issues and action items and participating in regular project conference calls
- Visiting customer's location for system development issues, doing sales calls, on-site design reviews and runs for the customer
- Build and maintain strong customer relations at a technical level, to gain further insight to direction and needs of the customer
Requirements & Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.; Master's degree is preferred
- More 5 years working experience
- 3+ years RD or field support experience in optical sensor/module field
- Experience in Microcontroller architecture, PCB schematic and layout
- Experience in optical sensing technology/product is a strong plus
- Language:
(1) Fluent in English communication
(2) Fluent in a second language (Korean) is a huge plus
Other Requirement: Frequent Global customer visits on travel base is essential
